WhatsApp fees are not included in any respond.io subscription. Meta charges these fees based on your usage.

You can pay directly to Meta for WhatsApp calls or messages, allowing you to save as we don't mark up the message costs.

How does the free trial work?

Our 14-day free trial gives you immediate access to all features of the Growth plan for 5 users and 1,000 Monthly Active Contacts, excluding broadcasts. Please note that certain features, such as topping up your WhatsApp Business Account, require an active subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

Widening.io accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For high-volume customers, we also offer alternative payment options such as bank transfers.

Can I upgrade or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply go to the Billing section of the platform and click "Cancel Subscription." You’ll continue to enjoy the features and limits of your plan until the end of the current billing cycle.

What is a Monthly Active Contact?

A Monthly Active Contact is anyone you have interacted with through calls or chats during the billing month. If a contact messages or calls your business, or if you initiate a conversation with them, they count as a Monthly Active Contact for that month.

At Widening.io, we believe our pricing should align with the value we provide. Chats with contacts are opportunities to drive revenue, and our Monthly Active Contact pricing ensures you only pay for the contacts you engage with.

Are volume discounts available?

Yes, we offer volume discounts for customers on our Growth and Advanced plans who have high Monthly Active Contact volumes or user counts.

Please contact our sales team to discuss a customized package that best fits your needs.

What if I reach my Monthly Active Contact limit?

If you exceed your Monthly Active Contact limit, your operations will continue without interruption. You will simply be billed on demand for any additional contacts, in increments of 100 Monthly Active Contacts. The charge will be $10 per 100 MACs on the Growth plan and $12 per 100 MACs on the Advanced plan. This additional charge will be applied at the end of your billing cycle.

Please note that on-demand Monthly Active Contacts are designed for temporary or seasonal usage spikes. If you anticipate a permanent increase in your contact volume, upgrading your plan is a more cost-effective solution.
